Anne Hogue-Tax Collector

Anne Hogue has served as Tax Collector since 1994. Over the past fourteen years she has put her business background to work for the Town of Ballston. During time she has brought the tax collection process into the 21st century with the computerization of the department. This has increased efficiency and effectively handled the town’s growth while maintaining the friendly, “small-town” service that Ballston residents deserve.

A Burnt Hills native, Anne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Siena College. She has worked as an accountant and analyst for MVP Health Care in Schenectady since 1985. Also, Anne, and her husband, Glenn, are the owners of Fo’Castle Farm Country Store, the fourth generation to continue business at this Ballston landmark.

The Hogues have two children. Lauren, 18, a student at SUNY New Paltz, and Alex, 16 a student a BH-BL High School.
